The teamOur team currently consists of two driven and experienced partners with a shared passion for recruitment who believe that a personal approach, loyalty and transparency are paramount to creating a successful partnership with clients.
After completing my study in Small Business and Retail Management I started as an Account Manager for a small media company and became successful at communicating with customers, mapping and implementing their wishes and maintaining good relationships. I further developed these qualities in the world of recruitment and started as a recruitment consultant for a reputable international recruitment agency. There I was responsible for the placement of staff in the areas of sales (support)Supply Chain and Logistics. During my career with the agency I was promoted to a management position where I was responsible for several teams.
After this amazing and instructive period in my life it was time to give into a feeling that has long played on my mind, namely to start up a business and make our vision reality, namely shorter queues, speed, simplicity and personal approach to clients and candidates with one fixed point of contact.

During my studies I was always interested in commercial functions. I have always enjoyed meeting and speaking with all different kinds of people and personalities. I am a social person who is genuinely interested in others and next to the commercial side I am also committed to advising and helping people. So it is no surprise that I ended up in the recruitment world.
I have learnt the recruitment profession both at national and international level during my employment at a prominent player in the recruitment industry. I started my career as a consultant and worked my way up to Division Manager looking after three lines of business.
I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to start a business of my own which was evident from the business functions and studies that I followed, and after a wonderful and educational time with my previous employer, it was time to realise my dream and start my own business. This allows us to build our vision and ideas and to be able to put them into practice to the benefit of both client and candidate

Gertjan van der Willik
During my economic studies I held a number of commercial functions. After I finished my studies I started work as a consultant for a national employment agency. In that function my real passion for recruitment became apparent. The "bringing together of clients and candidates" is always major challenge but when successfully completed it gives a good feeling of achievement. The social combined with the commercial is for me the ideal combination.
In 2005 I started work for an international recruitment agency as a consultant specialising in finance and over time was promoted into a management position. I was also partly responsible for the start-up of a new office where I expanded my disciplines to Finance and Sales (Support) and Supply Chain.
After an educational eight years with the same employer it was time for a change. I come from a family of entrepreneurs and have always had the desire to start my own business. This desire has now become reality together with my two partners whom also share the same passion for recruitment and entrepreneurship. I am extremely proud to be part of this exciting new venture.
