Besides managing an outsourced VAT refund process, our client also prefinances the VAT directly to the customers. Our key customers are international oil companies, toll companies, fuel companies and international transport companies. They are based throughout Europe, and have direct contact with our Customer Operations department. The key responsibility of the Customer Operations Representative is to achieve maximum VAT refunds for our customers by processing their tax claims speedily and correctly. The Customer Operations Representative delivers excellent service to both internal and external relations, and ensures to stay up to date with relevant knowledge and skills in the Customer Operations area. Although each area has their own specialisation, our Customer Operations teams work closely together on projects and support each other and other parts of the business in times of deadlines.
