For our client, who is a specialist food supplier whose has multiple market leading brands in Europe, we are looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager. The Account Manager will focus on the Dutch en Belgium market.
Found in the best professional and home kitchens, the brands are respected for their quality and authenticity and the clients vision is to inspire all communities with colourful food, through working with trade partners in the ethnic and grocery channels.
- Deliver budgeted sales and gross margin target for designated group of customers.
- Calling customers following agreed call cycle in order to optimise sales and order frequency
- Call shortlist of potential customers and convert into profitable customers
- Achieve flawless implementation of the clients commercial calendar throughout given territory.
- Negotiate and manage annual and ongoing trading, pricing and discount agreements.
- Champion customer understanding within the clients business.
- Leverage the clients Sales Promise to further develop designated customer group
- Deliver excellent customer administration
The Inside Sales Account Manager will have the authority to make decisions regarding the investment of local ‘account specific’ promotional money (where applicable).
All promotional activity will be devised on a European level and supported by the (Trade) marketing team. It will be the responsibility of the Inside Sales Account Manager to execute this activity on local level with their customers.
- Proven Telesales expertise – minimum of 3 years
- Proven track record in building strong personal report with customers.
- Fluent in Dutch, English and preferably French. Mandarin / Cantonese will be a plus.
- Open to other Asian cultures and showing a good understanding
- Attend monthly Sales Meeting Europe in Diemen, NL
- Occasional travel to UK
