From when do we process personal data?To find suitable candidates, we use media such as LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media where candidates present themselves. After the first contact, we will request your consent to enter your personal data in our file.
Also, you can go to our website to apply for a vacancy or sign up for a newsletter. In that case, we will assume that you have agreed to the processing of your personal data.
Why do we process your personal data?We process your personal data because you have indicated that you wish to make use of our services (staffing, mediation, secondment, recruitment and selection, salary processing, HR, personal development and payroll). We do this for the following purposes:
- To provide access to portals and other online environments.
- To offer you suitable vacancies and offers.
- To determine your suitability for a position or assignment and to bring you into contact with, or introduce yourself to, potential clients.
- To mediate in finding you work or training.
- To be able to conclude agreements with you, our client(s) and/or business contacts and to be able to execute and comply with these agreements.
- To comply with legislation and regulations (including subsidies).
The legal grounds on which we base the processing of your personal dataWe base the processing of your personal data on several legal grounds.
Search is based on the justified interest in including temporary contact details of suitable candidates in our database until consent can be requested.
On registration, you consent to the processing of your personal data. When unsubscribing, you withdraw your consent. If you do not withdraw your consent, it will be requested again after 2 years.
We process most of your personal data because this is necessary for our agreement with you and the client. There are also personal data that are required by law, such as your citizen service number (BSN) and a copy of your ID document for an employment contract.
What (personal) data regarding you do we process?
In case of search:your name and address, email address and link to CV on the website where you made your details available.
In case of registration:your name and address, email address and other contact details, date of birth, gender, driving licence, CV (training, work experience), motivation or additional information you have provided, wishes regarding work or assignment (position, sector, number of hours and desired salary). And possibly a username and password to gain access to the web and candidate environment, (self-service) portals or the intranet.
In case of mediation:For this purpose we process your name and address, email address and other contact details, birth data, marital status, gender, nationality, citizen service number (BSN), ID document, work permit, declaration of independent contractor status (VAR), training and work experience, references and certificates, integrity statements, availability and employability and your wishes with regard to work and assignment, terms of employment, payment details, placement details, availability, health or special leave, your personnel file, insurance policy, time registration and invoice, work permit, residence permit and VAR.
Special personal dataWe only collect special personal data if there are legal obligations to do so, if you have given your consent for this (passport photo on CV), or if this is permitted. Passport photos are not really necessary, so please do not use them.
Retention periodSearch: via, for example, LinkedIn, Facebook or other social media and in own database if you have granted your consent.
Registration/consent: 2 years
Mediation: 2 years after termination, unless longer statutory retention periods apply.
If the storage period expires or consent is withdrawn, the personal data will be anonymised.
ProtectionMore Recruitment B.V. has taken protection measures to ensure that your personal data is processed securely and cannot be used by unauthorised persons.
Who will receive your personal data?More Recruitment B.V. does not sell any personal data to third parties. Your personal data will only be provided to third parties if there is a contractual or legal obligation to do so. Or when it is necessary to perform or communicate our services (to introduce you to the client and to make offers or to be able to stay informed about our services).
Request for access, correction, receipt or deletion of personal dataIt is possible to request access to, correction, receipt or deletion of your personal data. You can do this by sending an email to email@example.com. To be sure of your identity, we ask you to send us a copy of your passport in which your citizen service number (BSN) and passport photo are blacked out.
The above email address can also be used for questions or complaints about the use of your personal data. In addition, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
