Forms of employment

More Recruitment offers various forms of employment contracts. We abide by our clients’ wishes in this regard. As only temporary support is required in some cases, a candidate is engaged on a temporary or interim basis. If the client requires an employee for the long term, however, then a contract will be offered from the outset. In the latter case, the position may also be filled on a temporary to permanent basis. This implies that a candidate is initially engaged on a temporary basis, whereupon the client offers a direct contract after a certain period of time.

Permanent

Both the candidate’s and the client’s wishes and requirements are taken into consideration during the recruitment process. If the two match, the client immediately offers the candidate either a fixed-term or permanent contract.

Temporary / interim

In the case of positions of a temporary nature, we also offer the option of having these filled by SEPs. Temporary vacancies are also filled on a temporary basis or by means of secondment. In that case, the employee is contracted by our payroll partner, which also carries out payrolling for us.

Temporary to permanent

The candidate initially joins the client on the basis of a temporary employment or secondment contract. After a fixed period, determined by the client, the contract is taken over by the client, at which point the candidate enters the client’s employ.
