We prefer to conduct a personal interview with you before starting a recruitment procedure, so that we can jointly establish exactly what type of candidate you are looking for and what requirements he/she has to meet. As a result, we can also achieve a successful match in terms of personality.

Single point of contact

Interviewing candidates
Having interviewed and assessed various candidates on their capacities and personality, we present you with a shortlist of those we consider suitable for the position. At your request, we then schedule various job interviews, which may vary from one to three meetings and possibly an assessment.

These interviews can also be held at our offices, if the position in question is confidential for example. Or if your organisation is not yet based in the Netherlands, but is planning to set up business here.

Option of a video conference
In addition, we offer the option of putting client and candidate in touch with one another using an advanced video conferencing system. We send you a link, which gives you direct access to a video conference room, where you can speak to one or more people live. This system also offers you the opportunity to share various documents during the interview and/or hold a PowerPoint presentation.
